 Conflict Resolution

 Saturday Aprill 1, 2017, 10:00 am — 3:00 pm

Conflicts are a natural part of every human relationship! Unfortunately, we don’t always invest enough time to understand how conflicts originate, the dangers of allowing conflicts to continue unchecked, or how to resolve them in a healthy, productive way.

This workshop will help you understand why conflicts happen, how to measure the severity of the issues, and how to resolve them in a way that brings long-term healing.

Attendees will learn:

  • What does conflict really mean and does it have value?
  • What are the three stages of conflict?
  • How do we behave at various levels of conflict?
  • How does conflict affect us physically?
  • What are the most effective resolution strategies?
  • How to communicate more effectively.

The Workshop is facilitated by Gary Lee LPC

Where: Counseling Alliance offices.

To Register: Call 513-376-9757. Space is limited.
