Gary Lee entered into practice as a licensed therapist following a distinguished 33 year career in law enforcement. He treats both individuals and couples; with a focus on those suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, and posttraumatic stress, particularly with first responders and military personnel. He is also a published author, as well as a motivational speaker and trainer for regional businesses, churches, schools, and other large organizations.

Gary received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. He is also a graduate of the Police Executive Leadership College. Additionally, he is a graduate of the 218th Session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia, and graduate of the Senior Management Institute of Policing in Boston, Massachusetts.

Most recently, Gary received a Masters of Arts in Counseling degree from Cincinnati Christian University. Gary works as a trauma therapist and addictions counselor at the Counseling Alliance. In additional to his work as a therapist, he is also an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati and serves on many area boards including the Carl Lindner YMCA, the Future Leaders of Over-the-Rhine, and the Character Council of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
