Zone Living

Zone Living is about finding a new focus for your life that clarifies what you want you life to be without the unwanted sexual behavior. To change, you must a vision of what you want your new life to look like. Using material such as The Recovery Zone and other tools this group experience will help you not only identify the needed changes, but also implement the steps to accomplish those changes.

This group meets Mondays 7:00-8:30 PM and is facilitated by Tim Barber LPCC-S, CSAT-S. Call (513) 376-9757 for more details.


Facing the Shadow

Beginning the journey into sexual health and wholeness does not have to be lonely battle. In this group you will find supportive friends, not shame. Helpful information instead of blame for not trying hard enough. Understanding of the difficulties of the journey, not unrealistic expectations. This group utilizes some of Dr. Patrick Cares’ most popular and useful material including: Facing the Shadow, and the Recovery Start Kit, as well as other supportive and helpful material.

Journey to Wholehearted Living

This experiential group focuses on Brene Brown's 10 Guideposts For Wholehearted Living. You will learn how embrace your imperfections by cultivating courage, compassion, and connection. If you are ready to let go of who you had to be and embrace who you are...your journey awaits!

This group is open to both men and women.This group meets every other Monday 6:30 - 8:00 PM and is facilitated by Rebecca Miller LPCC-S, CSAT and Ryan Watters LPC, CSAT. Call (513) 376-9757 to register.

Learning to Forgive

This workshop is designed to help those those have been traumatized or embittered by life circumstances, and who live with constant hurt and anger. Attendees will learn the dynamics of the forgiveness process and how to find a pathway to healing.

In particular, attendees will learn:

  • What forgiveness is not?

  • Who to forgive?

  • When to forgive?

  • Why forgive?

  • How to forgive?

  • Cost: $125.00 per individual, or $225.00 per couple.
