Paula Alberto LPC, CSATc

After serving in the United States Army for 28 years, I retired and made the transition into mental health counseling, and I am really passionate about what I do. I love meeting and working with a variety of people, and I recognize what a sacred honor it is to walk alongside those people as they begin the healing journey.

As a Gottman trained Marriage/Relationship Counselor, Paula has experience and training in helping couples navigate difficult issues in their relationships such as infidelity, sex/pornography addiction, conflict/communication problems, and unresolved trauma. She offers 50 minute sessions, 2 hour sessions, as well as the JUMPSTART TO HEALING® sessions which are full day to multiple day sessions that are customized to help a couple get back on track more quickly.

As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) Candidate Paula is well suited to help those whose lives have been touched by problematic behaviors in the areas of sex, porn, and relational problems as a result of sex, porn, and related issues. In the world of sex and porn life can become very unmanageable. Paula has the training and experience to confidently guide you through the healing process, regain hope, create a vision for a different life, and find the power to change.
